Custom Box Dieline Generator
Select a box style, enter your size, and preview the box flat and folded. 3D needs its own page so WebGL can load.
↑ Back to all toolsBox Size & Dimensional Weight Calculator
Enter the box size and actual weight. Carriers compare actual weight with DIM weight (L × W × H ÷ divisor) and bill the higher one.
Example: 12 × 9 × 4 in = 432 cu in ÷ 139 ≈ 3.1 lb DIM weight. Always confirm the divisor with your carrier. See our shipping box types & sizes guide.
↑ Back to all toolsBox Volume & Cubic Feet Calculator
Get cubic inches, cubic feet, liters and CBM per box, the total for your order, and how many boxes fit a 20 ft, 40 ft or 40 ft high-cube container.
Cubic feet = L × W × H (in) ÷ 1,728. CBM = cubic feet × 0.028317. Container volumes used: 20 ft 33.2 CBM, 40 ft 67.7 CBM, 40 ft HC 76.4 CBM.
↑ Back to all toolsPallet & Container Load Calculator
Enter the carton’s outside size and weight, pick a pallet and stack height. Get cartons per layer, layers, cartons per pallet, loaded weight, and pallets and cartons per container.
Uses whole cartons only, no overhang, tests both orientations. Pallet deck height 5.5 in and pallet weight about 40 lb are included. Container counts assume single-stacked loading. Confirm with your freight forwarder before booking.
↑ Back to all toolsCorrugated Box Compression Calculator
Estimate top-to-bottom compression strength (BCT) of an empty single-wall corrugated box with the simplified McKee formula. Keep every length in the unit system you choose.
BCT = 5.874 × ECT × h0.508 × Z0.492, where h is board caliper and Z is perimeter, 2 × (L + W). Not adjusted for humidity, stacking time, hand holes, pallet gaps or contents. Validate the production box with a physical test such as ASTM D642.

↑ Back to all toolsOxygen Absorber Calculator
Enter your bag size and what you are storing. The result is rounded up to standard absorber sizes (100, 300, 500, 1000, 2000 cc).
Method: bag capacity × food-type air factor × 21% oxygen, rounded up. Round up, never down — extra absorption does not harm dry food. Storage aid only, not a shelf-life guarantee.
