• Payments must be made in full (100% advance) before digital proofs are processed and production begins.

• We accept secure payment methods including bank wire transfers, major debit/credit cards, and verified online payment gateways.

5. Order Approval & Production

• We begin the manufacturing process only after receiving formal digital artwork approval (proof sign-up) from the client.

• Once artwork is approved by the client, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order.

• Production timelines vary based on order size, structural complexity, and customization details. Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience and do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Turnaround Times

• Prime Custom Boxes ships orders through trusted third-party courier partners (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

• Free shipping offers, if applicable, apply only to a single destination within the USA unless specified.

• Prime Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our direct control.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reprint Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, cancellations, or refunds are generally not accepted once printing or production has started.

• However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days with photographic or video proof, and our support team will review your case for a complimentary reprint or replacement.
