Return Window
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and undamaged products within 15 business days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

General Returns
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you receive items that are defective or do not meet your specifications, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@aquaprinters.com with photos and details of the issue.
• If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we’ll offer a free reprint or replacement at no additional cost.
