Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly customized nature of our packaging products, every order is manufactured strictly according to client-approved specifications and artwork blueprints. Therefore, all sales are final, and standard returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If your custom boxes arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• Send your order details along with clear photographic or video proof of the issue to our support team at [email protected].
• If the defect or error is verified to be our fault, Prime Custom Boxes will gladly arrange a complimentary reprint or product replacement at no additional cost to you.

Production & Printing Liability

• We begin the manufacturing process only after receiving formal digital artwork approval from the client. Prime Custom Boxes is not liable for layout errors, spacing issues, typos, or grammar mistakes present in customer-approved designs.
• Slight variations in color may occur due to standard printing technologies (CMYK vs. RGB screen displays) and paper stock textures.
