At Prime Custom Boxes, we are dedicated to delivering premium-quality packaging solutions and exceptional customer service. Our return policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent handling of all return and refund requests while accounting for the custom nature of our products.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery so we can promptly address the issue. To be eligible for a reprint, the order must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your reprint within approximately 10 business days for standard orders. Expedited reprinting services are available for an additional fee upon request.

For non-defective products, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that any reprints or replacements for non-defective items will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized production process that begins after client approval, our refund policy retains 99% of the product cost. We cannot offer full refunds or compensation after delivery since manufacturing starts upon your confirmation.

To request a return or report any issues, please contact our customer service team at support@primecustomboxes.com within the specified timeframes. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the concern. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and evaluate the returned merchandise.
